What alarm equipment does CCS install?
Every CCS commercial alarm is built around a DSC control panel with the supporting sensors, keypads and communicators. DSC has been the commercial industry standard for decades.
Will my alarm work without a phone line?
Yes. Modern alarm communicators run over IP, cellular or both as a backup path. Copper phone lines have been retired across most Southern California exchanges.
What's a verified alarm and why does it matter?
A verified alarm is an event where camera or audio confirms suspect activity before police are dispatched. This gives operators evidence to share with dispatch when they call in the event.
Can CCS add alarms to a building that already has access control?
Yes. Alarm and access control share many of the same wiring paths and infrastructure, and CCS routinely retrofits alarm hardware into existing access-control sites.
